Data Engineer / Data & Analytics Consultant (60–100%)

Azure, Databricks, Fabric, SQL, Python… Sound familiar?

Our Data Analytics & AI Business Unit is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Data Engineer / Data & Analytics Consultant (60–100%) to design and scale modern Data platforms across French-speaking Switzerland.

Your mission: Understand client challenges, challenge business requirements, and turn Data complexity into robust, high-performing, and scalable solutions, from architecture design to production deployment.
 

What you'll be doing:

  • Design Data Warehouse & Lakehouse architectures

  • Develop and industrialize ETL / ELT pipelines

  • Structure and ensure data reliability for Analytics & Power BI

  • Analyze data (statistics, time series, predictive analytics...)

  • Contribute to DataOps, CI/CD, data quality, and governance best practices

  • Advise clients directly on technology and architecture decisions
     

Your profile:

You have 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, or BI, strong SQL expertise, hands-on experience with Python, and practical knowledge of Azure Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric.

Spark / PySpark, dbt, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, Terraform, or Power BI? Even better.
