By accessing and using Enterprise GPT, you agree to be bound by these terms of use and our privacy policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree to interact with Enterprise GPT in a lawful, respectful manner and to consider the rights of others. You must not use Enterprise GPT for any illegal, harmful, or discriminatory activities. Abuse of Enterprise GPT may result in suspension or termination of access.

Content

  • Your Content: You may provide data ("Input") and receive data ("Output") through Enterprise GPT. Together, the Input and Output form the "Content." You are responsible for ensuring that your Content complies with all applicable laws and these terms.
  • Ownership of Content: Between you and keyIT SA, you retain all rights to your Input and own the Output. We assign any rights we may have in the Output to you.
  • Data Processing: Any personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Model Independence

  • Use of Data: We do not use your data to improve OpenAI's general models or for automatic enhancement of Azure OpenAI models. Your data is used exclusively within your Enterprise GPT environment.
  • Model Fine-Tuning: You may fine-tune models using your data, which remains confidential and is not shared with or accessible to other clients.

Exclusive Access

  • Model Exclusivity: Fine-tuned models created within your service are for your exclusive use, ensuring that your custom solutions remain unique and private.

Managed by Microsoft

  • Service Control: Azure OpenAI services, including hosted models, are fully managed and controlled within Microsoft's secure cloud infrastructure, ensuring high standards of security and compliance.

Data Deletion

  • Complete Removal: Uninstalling Enterprise GPT from your Azure environment will result in the permanent deletion of all associated data, ensuring compliance with data protection laws.

Disclaimers

Enterprise GPT is provided "as is" and "as available." keyIT SA makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of Enterprise GPT.

Limitation of Liability

keyIT SA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use Enterprise GPT.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Your continued use of Enterprise GPT after such publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where keyIT SA is established, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
